Kaarya helps people in India turn the skills they already have into a realistic, ranked list of income paths — with a 30-day plan for each one. Not another job board. Not a course store. A map.
The short version
Kaarya started with a simple observation: every career platform in India sells the dream of a different job. But most of the people we know — students, salaried folks, parents re-entering work — don't want a different boss. They want a different relationship with their own work.
They want answers to questions that no career counsellor will actually price out: given my skills, my hours, and the ₹2,000 I can risk this month, what should I try first?
So we built a quiz that forces honest answers — time, capital, risk — and a model that converts those into a ranked map of income paths. Each path has a 30-day plan, real platform names, and real ₹ ranges. Then we put a calm AI mentor next to it that doesn't disappear after Day 30.
That's the whole product. We're going to keep it small and keep it honest.

Most platforms drown people in courses, jobs, and side-hustle YouTube. We give you a single ranked map of paths that fit your time, capital, and risk — and a plan for the first 30 days.
Honest numbers, not vibes
Every path lists realistic ₹ ranges, the real platform cut, the GST threshold, and the hours per week it actually takes. If we don't know a number, we say so instead of inventing one.
DPDP-aware by default
Your quiz answers, your maps, your chats — yours. Stored in India where possible, deletable in one click from settings, never sold. Read the privacy page if you want the details.
Built for the user, not the algorithm
No streaks. No daily push notifications. No 'log in to keep your fire'. The product earns its place by being useful when you open it — not by hijacking your attention.
