1. What Kaarya is
Kaarya is an AI-powered career discovery platform. You answer a short quiz about your skills, goals, time, and capital, and our AI generates a personalized “Kaarya Map” suggesting income paths and a 30-day launch plan. You can also chat with our AI mentor for guidance.
2. Your agreement
By creating an account, taking the quiz, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Kaarya.
3. Who can use Kaarya
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid plan.
- You must provide accurate information in the quiz.
- You are responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on Kaarya’s output.
4. How AI generation works
Kaarya uses large language models (currently Groq-hosted Llama models) to generate maps and chat responses. These models are trained on general data and do not have access to live market data, verified income surveys, or personalized research about your specific circumstances.
Income estimates, startup costs, and timelines shown in your Kaarya Map are illustrative ranges, not predictions or guarantees. Actual results depend entirely on your effort, market conditions, location, and many factors outside Kaarya’s control.
5. No professional advice
Kaarya’s output is for informational and exploratory purposes only. It is not:
- Financial or investment advice
- Legal or tax advice
- Career counselling from a certified advisor
- A guarantee of employment, income, or outcomes
Before acting on any suggestion — especially one involving spending money, quitting a job, or starting a business — please consult qualified professionals.
6. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the answers you submit and the maps generated for you. By using Kaarya, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display this content so we can provide the service.
Your quiz answers are sent to our AI provider (Groq, USA) for generation. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Payments and subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST where shown.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Kaarya for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell our output
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
- Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes others’ rights
- Use Kaarya to generate advice for third parties in a professional capacity without disclosing our role
9. Limitation of liability
Kaarya is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, missed opportunity, lost income, or decision made in reliance on Kaarya’s output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or abuse the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date and notify active users by email for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Before litigation, both sides agree to attempt resolution by email for at least 30 days.
